Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Solune app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of Solune, operated by Solune Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our").

You must be at least 12 years old to use Solune. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 12.

Solune offers a free tier and a premium subscription ("Solune Premium") with the following terms:

• Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis.
• A 3-day free trial is available to new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• After the trial ends, your chosen plan will auto-renew and your Apple ID will be billed unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID account settings.
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. Only one free trial is available per Apple ID. If you have previously subscribed to Solune Premium, you are not eligible for another free trial.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to transmit spam or harmful content
• Circumvent subscription or payment systems

Solune is a wellness and nutrition tracking app for informational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, supplement routine, or health practices — especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.

All content, design, code, and branding within the App is owned by Solune Labs LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

Your personal data and content you enter remain yours. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app under Profile > Data & Exports > Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. You may also request deletion by emailing support@getsolune.com.

Before deleting your account, you can export your data from Profile > Data & Exports > Export My Data.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription — you must cancel separately through your Apple ID settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that nutritional data will be 100% accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solune Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or loss of revenue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of Solune after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Solune Labs LLC is registered.
