How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Data & Exports > Delete Account in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent — all your data is removed from our servers.

How do I export my data?

Go to Profile > Data & Exports > Export My Data in the app. Your meals, weight history, cycle logs, and daily entries will be exported as a CSV file.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

How does the AI food scan work?

Take a photo of your meal and our AI analyses it to identify each food item and estimate macros. You can adjust the results before logging. Images are processed securely and are not stored.

What is cycle-synced nutrition?

Your body's nutritional needs change across your menstrual cycle. Solune adjusts your macro targets based on your current phase — more iron during menstruation, more protein during ovulation, more complex carbs during luteal, and so on.

I'm in menopause / post-menopause. Is Solune for me?

Yes. Solune has a dedicated wellness mode for menopause and post-menopause that focuses on symptom tracking, bone health, muscle preservation, and tailored nutrition guidance — without cycle phase tracking.

Is Solune a medical app?

No. Solune is a wellness and nutrition tracking app for informational purposes only. Always consult a healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or supplement routine.
